New option on locking case

It is now possible to deny email to a locked case altogether.  The user will receive an email asking them to send in a new email instead of replying. There is a new email template for this.

Errors in 7Zip-attachments

When uploading/sending e-mail with attachments from a case, there could araise problems with attachments in 7Zip-format.


FAQ editing

Fixed a bug where the FAQ overview in edit-mode would become blank after editing a FAQ.
