How to Create Your Signature as a Case Handler/Agent

You can easily add a personal signature that will automatically be included when you send emails to users directly from a case. The signature will be specific to the case handler responding to the case.


Step-by-Step: Add Your Signature

  1. Open Your Profile:

    • Click on your initials at the top right of the menu bar.
    •  
      • Select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu.
  2. Locate the Signature Field:

    • On your user profile page, scroll down to find the “Signature” option at the bottom left.
  3. Enter Your Signature:

    • Click the signature field to open it.
    • Type in your desired signature, for example:

  4. Save Your Changes:

    • Remember to save your changes before closing the window.

Tips for a Professional Signature

A standard signature can include:

  • Name: Your full name.
  • Title: Your job title or role.
