How to Create Your Signature as a Case Handler/Agent
You can easily add a personal signature that will automatically be included when you send emails to users directly from a case. The signature will be specific to the case handler responding to the case.
Step-by-Step: Add Your Signature
Open Your Profile:
- Click on your initials at the top right of the menu bar.
- Select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu.
Locate the Signature Field:
- On your user profile page, scroll down to find the “Signature” option at the bottom left.
Enter Your Signature:
- Click the signature field to open it.
