To select multiselect level in form drag in this modul.
Choose new form drag in "multiselect level" module and save.
When the form is saved It is possible to Configure Multiselect. Configure two-level select item. Choose display type "radio or menu" save settings
Configure first level fields choose + Write in name on first as shown . Mark on level its turn blue, then choose " Second level fiels + and Write inn name. f.eks HP . Clikk outside the dialog quit and remember to click update
