Opportunities to log in focus. In other words, the log can now switch places with the description field.

Improved elastic seach from case image? knowledge article, now shows all knowledge articles, can be sorted by known bugs and FAQs
When searching? on the knowledge article in the case image, you can now attach the url for the knowledge article and use the OSS template. If the URL is used, the article will not be sent out.
The overview picture shows tasks if a technician has been assigned a subtask.
