Trend reports email were not sent

There was an issue with the service that emails the scheduled reports. This is a fix for that issue. However, it does not resolve the problem for all agents. Troubleshooting is still in progress. 

Remove link in the new text editor

There was a problem with removing links from text in the new text editor. A new option/tool has now been added to the full-screen mode editing  to make it easy to remove and add links.

Increased font-size on the case dialog footer buttons

The text on the case dialog footer buttons were hard to read. 

Improvement

Save the collapse setting in the case dialog 

Retains the last selected state for collapse/expand of the details section and the description width.

Service desk search dialog

Fixed so that it is possible to mark and copy search text in the search dialog without moving the dialog.
