New Compliance Module
More Service Module Compliance

Technet has developed its own compliance module that is integrated into the company's Management System. The module is linked to the CMDB (system map) for easy import of data from Entra ID.

The compliance module helps ensure that the business meets regulatory requirements and obligations according to GDPR, NIS2 and DORA.

The compliance module can also be used as a standalone module without any tie-in.

Added new functionality Email address management

Select Settings→Email setup->Email administration

Noreply addresses, unwanted addresses that you want to block, etc.

Add extra fields to the case picture per department.
This can be mapped to "Extra fields" in the form builder for the More Service portal.
