Chat templates

Quick templates for chat are now pasted into the text field and can be edited before sending.

Case :TemplateBlank can now be selected to reset, and the same template can be chosen again

Chat's  are now pushed out to More Service faster

When a new chat arrives in More Service, it is highlighted more quickly

When an agent picks a case from the team, the case is no longer highlighted.

When a case is set to Resolved, all highlighted (unread) entries are marked as Read.

By hovering over the description field (top right in the case), the full description is displayed.
