Fixes:

  • You can split a case into several tasks if it is registered with several tasks in description field. i.e. copy the case.
    • A split case has now been converted into a related case. This means that when you split a case,
    • there will be a new case with the same content. Then you have to edit the description field.
  • Teams can use their own email template to respond to auto-registered cases on the team from the user portal and email submission
  •  
  • In merged cases: the main case cannot be resolved before sub-cases have been resolved.
