Incorrect line break in email

In email window - if you did not have a signature - when pressing enter the cursor moved far down on the screen.

This causes what looked like a "double linebreak".

The log reader popup is now draggable

The work log and email dialog is no longer modal

The work log dialog (with email and worklog) was modal.

This resulted in it no being possible to copy text from the background area.

This is changed here so that the modality feature is disabled, and enabling copying of text from the background area.
