- Go to Maintenance-> New Task- > Scheduling
- Select item type and item to which you want to connect the task to. The item appear under "Your Items / categories / sorting"
- Select a routine / form under "Your routines"
- Select an item under "Your Items / Categories / Sorting"
- Select a agent under "Your resources"
- Select a schedule pattern. MORE SERVICE creates the future tasks when you press save.
- Select start and end date.
- Click «Save». The tasks are created.
