Changes
- All change entries in the change calendar are displayed with the selected setup day. In month view, +2 can be displayed if many changes on the same day.
- If the change has the status resolved, the date in the plan tab is locked. To change, the change case must have the status started.
- Agent cards can be opened via the user's initial icon menu at the top right

- Settings → More Service Portal → Portal settings
